Nairobi Car Hire Service s is a car rental company that was founded in  the year 2006 in Nairobi, Kenya. The company’s headquarters are in Nairobi Central Business at Rehema House Nairobi, Kenya

The company began with a fleet of 5 cars and grew because of the simplicity of its rental terms making it easier for anyone to hire a car in Kenya. Nairobi Car Hire Service  remains the only company that allows customers to pick and drop cars at a location of their choice. Its simple car rental terms and clean well maintained cars have enabled the company to build customer loyalty and attract franchise interests from other east African countries.

Who we are
We are based in kenya and have strong ground handling with our own fleet of vehicles, offices and staff, dealing directly with the hotels, lodges and park authorities. Without the middle agents, you get better prices as well as quality. We serve clients from all over the world including UK, USA, Europe and Asia. Nairobi Car Hire Services operates it's own safaris on a 4 x 4 Toyota land cruiser -especially on Tanzania adventure safaris. , full-length photographic roof hatches and seats designed with seat belt all clients are guaranteed window seats for game viewing and comfort

All our Driver/ Guides are Kenyan ,Tanzania and Ugandan natives with excellent driving experience, vast knowledge about flora and fauna ,  As we are well aware that the success of our Company is dependent on the expertise of Driver/Guides, we have invested heavily in Professional training ,all our driver Guides are accredited KPSGA(Kenya Professional Safari Guides Association)with minimum of Bronze Level   . They regularly undergo vigorous training courses in our recognized hospitality institutions in order to maintain the set standards in the Tourism Industry. They are all English speaking with auto-mechanical skills and some with a working knowledge of Germany, French, Spanish,Japanesse and Italian

Payments for the rental car must be made upon arrival or by either cash or bank transfer to our USD account in Kenya Shillings, or Visa credit card 7 days before the start of the rental with the extra bank Sur charge (5%).

Payments can be made in Kenya Shillings, or USD as per the operators standard exchange rate. Dollars Notes accepted by the Operator starts from 2009 print notes and above.

Payment Terms
Pay half the car rate to book, balance inline with service delivery.
